Loan — renovation, additions or repairs

Purpose: To provide low cost loans to congregations of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for renovation and additions to existing buildings to build additional buildings or repair existing facilities.

  • Principal amortized for 20 years or less
  • May qualify for the "Get the Point" interest rate rebate program
  • Loans are secured by a mortgage, promissory note and title policy
  • No loan origination fees or points
  • Loan repayments must be guaranteed by presbytery
